Join Axpo Group as a RTM Analyst where you will be pivotal in enhancing our aftersales services. This role is suited for a dynamic professional eager to drive our energy management solutions to new heights particularly in the renewable energy sector. You will act as a key player in our routetomarket activities ensuring seamless effective service that aligns with both regulatory standards and client expectations.

What you will do:

• Manage all aftersales activities ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Develop and improve our aftersales platform to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the invoicing and reporting processes to maintain transparency and accuracy.
• Conduct tests and manage registration procedures with TSO (REN) and the market operator (OMIE).
• Provide exceptional customer service and support the implementation of regulatory changes.
• Optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in Engineering or Economics with at least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Expertise in energy markets renewable energy and electric markets regulation in Portugal.
• Advanced/native proficiency in Portuguese.
• Strong problemsolving skills and proficiency in computer usage including SCADA systems.
• A proactive attitude focused on customer needs and a knack for optimizing processes.
