Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare wellstructured lessons in accordance with the national curriculum
• Deliver lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities
• Assess and evaluate students progress through regular assignments and assessments
• Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them achieve their academic goals
• Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to the schools overall goals and objectives
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students parents and colleagues

Requirements

• Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
• Proven experience teaching History at the primary or secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for History
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential
• Effective classroom management skills
• Innovation and creativity in lesson planning and delivery
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners
