What You Will Do

As a Cloud Backup Administrator you will monitor and coordinate data backups from our cloudbased services. You will work crossfunctionally with our remotebased Cloud Operations team meeting daily for standups and asynchronously for other projects. You’ll work in our backup solution (Unitrends) and in a Linux command line interface supporting and troubleshooting our clients’ cloud environments.

Qualifications:

• 2 years working in an IT environment
• Understanding of how internet infrastructure works and communicates with physical hardware and virtual machines in the background
• Understanding of cloud backup management services
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems Windows servers and IP networking protocols
• Understanding of Linux command line or other command line interfaces
