Responsibilities:

• Manage online hotel reservations through various booking platforms
• Provide excellent customer service to guests seeking information or assistance with their reservations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely booking information
• Handle cancellations modifications and special requests from guests
• Maintain uptodate knowledge of hotel amenities services and promotions

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
