Technical Resource UKG

This is a remote position.

INNOOVA is a dynamic and innovative company actively seeking an experienced Technical UKG Resource to join our team and play a crucial role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for providing specialized technical support in Del Boomi integration and will be UKG certified.

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills in integration development including design development testing and maintenance using the Del Boomi platform;

Collaborate closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate those requirements into technical solutions;

Ensure the quality and reliability of integration by conducting rigorous testing and following best development practices;

Maintain a deep understanding of the features language and capabilities of the UKG platform to provide effective support to projects;

Act as the primary point of contact for technical questions and issues related to Del Boomi integration;

Provide higherlevel technical support to resolve complex issues and ensure the smooth operation of integration;

Fully document technical specifications integration flows and configurations to facilitate system maintenance and understanding;

Provide technical training to team members and endusers on Del Boomi integration and best development practices;

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Education and Certifications:

UKG Certified Del Boomi;

Bachelors degree in finance computer science business administration or equivalent.
