Job Description:

• Independently manage WMS implementation at client warehouses
  
• Good understanding of warehousing processes and modules in a typical WMS tool
  
• Work with end users to troubleshoot and query resolution
  
• Should be able to answer business queries and parallely work with product team for issues resolution/enhancements.
  
• Supporting Change Management activities to prepare the client for deployment and adoption (Change Program Operating Model & Organizational alignment Communications Trainings)

Kindly note that we are working in a Hybrid Mode with base location in Bengaluru Karnataka this is not a remote role.

Requirements

Must have:

Strong understanding of Supply chain warehousing and logistics

24 years of experience of working in warehousing setup and/or exposure to WMS tools

Strong communication skills good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multistakeholder environment

Aptitude for analysing processes and operational data

Strong troubleshooting skills

Shift working mandatory. Candidate should be open to work at client s warehouse location and work in evening/night shifts as well on rotational basis.

Good to have

Prior experience in WMS tool configuration & implementation

Exposure of working in warehouses

Prior IT implementation experience

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization
