Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities :
Ability to Review Design and Respond well with feedback
Ability to Check BOQ and Maintaining budget under control
Coordinating with External Consultants and Site Execution Team
Defining Project Requirements and Preparation of Project brief
Tracking Project Timelines and Providing the details as per Requirements
Make sure on site work is happening as per the approved design
Guiding Site Team for Site level Difficulties
Strong Understanding of Written and verbal Specifications
Knowledge on Sustainable building Solutions
Research and advise on latest materials
Research and Follow industry changes Evolutions and best Practices
Requirements
Good Creative flair and imagination ability to apply a Sense of Style to Create aesthetically
pleasing spaces
Strong Visual Skills including proportions and aesthetics
Good verbal and Written Communication
Negotiation and leadership ability
Lateral and Spatial Thinking
Design Management Skills
Proven Work experience as an Sr. Architect ( min. 5 years )
Good Knowledge on building standards fire norms and local authority norms
boq,coordination,building,aesthetics,budget management,research,project management,design,boq checking,lateral thinking,specification understanding,visual skills,communication,sustainable building solutions,leadership,spatial thinking,building standards knowledge,industry knowledge,creative flair,proven work experience,material research,design review,design management,negotiation,site management,fire norms knowledge
