Senior Engineer AsstManager Deputy Manager- Production and Planning

1. Head the Production and Planning ( Shop Floor Management Production Planning )
2. Plan orders received from marketing schedule the same and execute well within delivery schedule
3. Assist in developing programmes / processes in favour of continual improvement
4. Establish cost effective processes and suggest cost reduction measures
5. Enhance machine utilization and productivity and quality.
6. Assist Sales department in preparing estimates and interacting with clients.
7. Negotiate with vendors ( for tools) / sub contractors to get lowest price best quality and prompt delivery.
8. Maintain cordial industrial relations and ensure proper safety precautions are followed in the factory.
9. Facilitate implementation of ISO9000.
10. Coordinate with third party inspection agencies .
11. As member of Cross functional team contribute in documentation.
12. Take up any other assignment given by Top Management

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering with 4 to 8 years experience in VMC machining / Production Planning
• Should have good knowledge of VMC machining
• Coordinate with Quality Sales and execute orders as per schedule.
• Knowledge of 5S implementation ISO 9000 implementation will be an advantage.
