Job Description:
As an EntryLevel Data Analyst you will play a key role in extracting analyzing and visualizing
data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives. You will work closely with
crossfunctional teams to understand data requirements develop analytical solutions and
communicate findings effectively. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Responsibilities:
1. Data Extraction and Transformation:
Utilize SQL to extract and manipulate data from various sources including relational
databases and APIs.
Cleanse and transform raw data to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
2. Data Analysis and Visualization:
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key performance
metrics and trends.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns correlations and insights.
3. Statistical Analysis and Modeling:
Apply basic statistical techniques to analyze data and derive meaningful conclusions.
Assist in the development of predictive models using Python libraries such as Pandas
NumPy and scikitlearn.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into
analytical solutions.
Present findings and insights to internal teams in a clear and concise manner.
5. Continuous Learning and Development:
Stay uptodate with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and visualization.
Actively participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and
domain knowledge.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Statistics Mathematics Economics or related field.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Familiarity with data visualization tools particularly Power BI.
Basic programming skills in Python for data analysis and scripting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with API integration and data retrieval.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.
Previous internship or coursework in data analysis or business intelligence.
Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.
