Asset Manager

• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT and nonIT assets including acquisition deployment configuration maintenance and disposal.
• Maintain an accurate and uptodate asset register with detailed asset information.
• Perform regular asset audits to ensure asset accuracy and identify potential discrepancies.
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures to optimize asset utilization.
• Track asset warranties and service contracts ensuring timely renewals and maintenance.
• Facilitate the decommissioning of obsolete or endoflife assets in accordance with company regulations.
• Generate asset reports for management review providing insights into asset utilization and potential cost savings.
• Collaborate with IT personnel department heads and endusers to address assetrelated issues and inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry best practices for asset management and implement them where applicable.

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 34 years of experience in asset management IT asset management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in asset management software or systems (e.g. ServiceNow Asana).
• Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
