• Design architect and develop code in a testable scalable and performant manner.
• Collaborate with Product Managers Cross Product Engineers and Data Engineers to optimize and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead a team in mining analyzing and transforming large datasets.
• Develop a plan and schedule with welldefined milestones.
• Manage technical design discussions and contribute significant verbal and written contributions.
• Develop automated testing protocols and deploy tests with every release.
• Foster a healthy and collaborative culture within the team.
• Provide expertise in query building and data modeling.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific data domains.
• Enable the team to expand its impact by improving delivery mechanisms.
• Mentor and guide Data Engineers.
• Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical audiences.

• At least 8 years of software design and development experience with a background in Data Engineering.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Deep understanding of data modeling SQL data warehouses / data lake and data engineering skills.
• Ability to provide technical leadership throughout the design and delivery process.
• Knowledge of software and data engineering best practices.
• Extensive background in building end userfacing analytical models in SQL.
• Handson experience with Python Airflow Data Lakes Terraform and BI tooling.
• Strong mentorship skills and the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Experience with AWS and Snowflake.
• Excellent communication skills.
