COVID vaccination strongly encouraged for the contract. Exemption forms provided upon request and will be reviewed by the Facility upon submitting CV to TRIO.
Your traveler will be expected to:
Dress code: Personal scrubs of any color
Requirement description :
- Minimum 2 years CURRENT Phlebotomy experience Required
- ASCP/PBT Phlebotomy Certification or equivalent Required
- EPIC experience Required
- Travel experience Highly Preferred
- Cover page
- Work History
- Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
- License/Certifications (as required by posting)
ALICE PECK DAY LAB NOW REQUIRES 2 SUPERVISORY SIGNED REFERENCES ONE REFERENCE EACH FROM THE LAST 2 TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS OR WORK SITES AT TIME OF SUBMISSION! Along with feedback about the travelers performance the reference information should include the following: travelers name position traveler held company name where the assignment was held the location of assignment contact name and title of individual providing the references contact phone number dates of the assignment.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- ASCP
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Certification(s) MUST be included in profile/at submission!
Weekend Requirements : Rotation including holiday rotation if scheduled
On Call Requirements : None
