Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

• Provide comprehensive acute care services to patients across the lifespan including assessment diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct thorough physical examinations order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and their families about their health conditions treatment options and preventive care measures.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records including documentation of patient assessments interventions and followup care.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols standards of practice and regulatory guidelines to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives continuing education programs and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

qualifications

• Masters degree or higher
• 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
• Acute Care
• LongTerm Acute Care (LTAC)
• Critical Care
