Overview:
We invite you to join our clients esteemed multispecialty ambulatory center in Northeast Philadelphia as a fulltime OB/GYN Physician. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively within a large primary care practice providing a comprehensive range of womens health services. As a valued member of our team you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care including performing surgeries and procedures all within a supportive and dynamic environment.
Salary Range: $230K260K negotiable based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate effectively with a team of 4.5 FTE OB/GYNs with the addition of another 1.0 OB/GYN to further enhance patient care.
- Conduct laparoscopic procedures D&C and evacuations for missed ABs with precision and expertise.
- Attend to the needs of a Level 2 nursery providing specialized care to newborns and their families.
- Manage a diverse caseload comprising 80% lowrisk pregnancies with approximately 2530% of cases requiring CSection deliveries.
- Utilize stateoftheart Meditech EMR system and new office equipment to streamline patient care and enhance efficiency.
Schedule and Shift Details:
- Maintain a structured schedule working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Every 6th weekend be available for 24hour shifts during the week to provide comprehensive coverage.
- Enjoy the benefit of a postcall day provided after shifts ensuring adequate rest and worklife balance.
