Senior Account Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior and Junior Account Assistant for ISP company based in Parra Mapusa to handle accounting activities and general Office administration.

You should be proficient in Tally & MS Office. Also to work on GST filings finance data for accounts accounts receivable P&L balance sheet & ITRs.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform other finance/operational/administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
• Manage multiple Accounting Processes
• Monthly Yearly and Statutory Reporting and Payments
• Maintain and update accounting records including accounts payable accounts receivable expenses and revenue.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns
• Manage TDS deductions payments and filings.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial data.
  
• Prepare financial statements

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate for this role should be Graduated in commerce
• 2 years of accounting experience.
• Should be wellversed in accounting principles and able to work comfortably with numbers and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel Knowledge.
• Proficient in Tally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team Management skills
