Audit Accounts Senior

TPF Recruitment in collaboration with a distinguished independent firm of chartered accountants based in Bracknell is actively seeking accomplished ACA/ACCA qualified or partqualified Audit & Accounts Seniors to join their successful growing team.

• Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulations.
  
• Conduct audit fieldwork including testing controls assessing risk and documenting findings.
  
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards.
  
• Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to clients to improve their financial processes and controls.
  
• Supervise and mentor junior team members providing guidance and support as needed.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  
• Assist with adhoc projects and assignments as required.
  

Requirements

• ACA/ACCA qualified or nearing completion of qualification.
  
• Previous experience in audit accounts preparation corporate taxation mainstream personal taxation and mainstream VAT within a reputable accounting firm.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards accounting principles and financial reporting.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly.
  
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  
• Experience with accounting software packages such as Sage Xero or QuickBooks is desirable.
