- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Create job descriptions and job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates through skills assessments, reference checks, and background checks.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers and guide them through the candidate selection process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop and nurture relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources.
- Promote the company's culture and values to attract candidates who align with the organization's mission and goals.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and talent acquisition marketing efforts.
- Keep accurate records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports and analyze data to improve recruitment processes.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the hiring process and work to increase representation of underrepresented groups.
