Overview:
The IT Executive plays a critical role in overseeing the technological infrastructure of the organization and leading the IT department. They are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all information systems software and networks. This role is pivotal in implementing and maintaining technological solutions to support the organizations goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Must have resolved issues related to trouble shooting.
Good Experience of working on Excel
Knowledge of Office 365 One drive Outlook
Should understand practices around ticket resolutions IP management.
Should have worked on Hardware and Software related issues.
Must have done Windows Installation
Must have experience in inventory management.
Should have done reporting on MS excel and through emails.
Desktop Trouble shooting .
Good Experience of working on Excel
Knowledge of Office 365 One drive Outlook
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of network security and data protection
- Proficiency in project management and IT governance
- Excellent knowledge of hardware software and networking systems
- Experience in cloud computing and virtualization technologies
- Ability to manage a diverse team of IT professionals
