Description:

The Senior Agile Coach Lead will drive the Agile Transformation supporting the organization to understand adopt and practice the LeanAgile methodology to continuously improve productivity and effectiveness of solution delivery.

They will support the implementation and adoption of SAFeLeanAgile principles and practices through strong teaching training coaching and mentoring throughout the organization.

This role demands excellent communication collaboration and diplomacy skills in order to guide influence and convince others in their adoption of the LeanAgile mindset.

This role also requires strong people skills with sound exposure of leading coaching efforts across teams and programs (with strong stakeholder management skills) as this role will need to effectively support teams and stakeholders at leadership level in the organization to ensure the adoption is conducted in a consistent manner with proper metrics in place to measure adherence and success.

Responsibilities:

Drive coaching and Agile transformation throughout client teams

Support a largescale implementation roadmap for Agile transformation (multiyear transformation journey) with supporting best practice and governance models

Engage with leadership to understand their perspectives challenges and align on common goals and objectives for Agile Transformation (creating actional implementation plans)

Collaborate with leadership sponsors champions and change agents to drive and govern adoption of the Agile Transformation Roadmap

Build framework and processes for governing Agility Key Performance Indicators across the organization

Support governance model for executive reporting: prepare and present on regular basis

Support efforts to integrate business and technology across people process and tools throughout the organization

Support the evolution of a LACE (LeanAgile Center of Excellence) and foster Agile centric culture within the Coaching team

Required Skills:

Strong leadership drive with ability to plan and execute strategically

Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record of performing well in distributed environment

Able to communicate collaborate effectively at all levels and motivate stakeholders

Ability to navigate political organizational dynamics

Operates with transparency commitment and exhibits growth mindset

Quick and effective decision maker (both strategically and tactically)

Analytical mind with problemsolving aptitude to resolve impediments and conflicts

Operates well under pressure with ability to multitask with excellent time management skills

Able to manage dependencies across organizational boundaries

Drives for results (individually and for the client engagement)

Builds trust with clients and engagement teams

Should have Design thinking and usercentric mindset

Qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced

15 or more years experience within IT/Product Management

SAFe 5.0 Product Consultant (SPC)

Minimum 10 years as an Agile coach

Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience potentially Masters degree

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Preferred location is Seattle WA or Vancouver BC ( Onsite Hybrid)
