Job Description:

Identify and check key controls for all processes in quality management system related to engagement.

Sampling analysis of packing material and highlighting deviations. Implementing SOP for me and in use implementing GMP GHP PRP CCP SOP and conducting ISO BRC FSSAI audit.

Sampling analysis of packing material & highlighting deviationscartons bottles labels pouches cans.

Customer complaints CAPA RCA

Involved and conducting sensory evaluation and handling report.

Maintain Purchase lab physiochemical and sensory lab as per standard.

Tracking vendor performance and doing RM PM vendor audit (supplier quality assurance) As per company norms.

Preferred candidate profile:

Organic industry Familiar with rice and flour processing.

Fluency in communication & good writing skills.

Education:

Graduate / PostGraduate / PhD

B. Tech / M. Tech / MSc in Food technology/Food safety/Biotechnology/industrial chemistry/ life sciences/ Agriculture Or similar relevant graduation / postgraduation or higher.
