SAP Support Specialist

Summary

SAP System and process lead:

• Create enduser documentation of the endtoend business processes.

• Collect business requirements and submitting incident and enhancement requests in line with the Groups SAP standard solutions to the headquarters technical team.

• Coordinate and perform indepth testing including enduser acceptance testing for modified and new systems and other postimplementation support.

• Create systems models specifications diagrams and charts (business blueprint).

Work with incountry finance team as well as global finance to design and implement adequate controls as well as training.

Document policies procedures and work instructions in line with global company policies and local reporting requirements.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data including entering and updating master file details and data quality validation through collaboration with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) team until such time as this function transition to the EDM team.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of reference data e.g. Bill of Material recipes item descriptions. Work closely with the operational team to maintain and periodically update reference data.

Train and educate users on processes controls and master data requirements and structure.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain & develop SAP system

• Reconcile data across the financial systems landscape and diagnose discrepancies which can involve exploring data in other SAP modules.

• System and process monitoring for IT internal process and identification of improvements.

• Develop the production support process and the related reporting/query solutions.

• Support & manage the process of manual data updates to the usermaintained tables needed for testing and in production.

• Analyzes system data integrity reports and data processing issues communicated by users promptly and proactively researching and resolving inconsistent or inaccurate master data details.

Understand user needs and solve user problems

• Ensure major incident communication to management and internal customers.

• First contact for local teams enhancement requests

• Work as the first point of contact with the user community service delivery of SAP application support and operations.

• Proactively searches for issues and collaborate with crossfunctional team to implement applicable controls.

• Communicate with external system vendors if applicable (India 3PL system vendors)

Perform work according to instructions from JRS headquarters

• Developing and using Collaborative Cross Functional relationships across business functions and IT departments to accomplish objectives.

• Understand the impact of data changes to other related systems up and downstream. Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure impact is well communicated and agreed on.

• Ensure data meets global master data standards master data processes are effective and suggest improvements where required.

Subject matter expert on SAP processes

• Assist in the development of user training materials and delivery prior to UAT.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and compile work instructions.

• Deliver training courses to impacted stakeholder groups. Facilitate training evaluation and remediation.

Typical Education

• A recognized 3year Bachelors degree.

Experience Details

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of handson experience in functional design fullcycle implementations or application support in SAP Financial Plan to Manufacture (PTM) Repair to Prevent (RTP) and Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) modules.

• Minimum 1 years of project management experience in leading several small to large projects and demonstrate a solid understanding of project management processes methodologies and techniques.

• Fluent in English.
