CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Five years of experience as a software development project Business Analyst.
- Five years of experience working with EHRs and/or modernization efforts.
- Five years of experience with facilitating meetings.
- Five years of experience with software testing.
- Five years of experience documenting process flows.
- A bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Business Administration or another related field or equivalent work experience.
CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
- Assist the Department program management in scheduling and facilitating meetings including agenda and minutes preparation as directed by the Department.
- Prepare process flow charts to be used to map the business process flow with respect to CHD business processes as directed by the Department.
- Prepare documentation for all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as directed by the Department.
- Prepare and maintain Scrum related documentation as directed by the Department.
- Prepare a monthly activity report and include all activities performed for that month. Submit the monthly activity report to the Department Contract Manager with the invoice.
