Plant Head- Injection Molding

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and meet quality standards
• Oversee daytoday operations of the plant including production scheduling inventory management and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards
• Lead and motivate the production team to achieve optimal performance
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the plant
• Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of X years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role preferably in the medical device industry
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and plastic manufacturing
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and achieve results
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards for medical devices
