Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering engaging mathematics lessons for primary students
• Developing ageappropriate curriculum and instructional materials
• Implementing effective teaching strategies to promote conceptual understanding
• Providing individualized support to students with varying learning needs
• Assessing and monitoring student progress through formative and summative assessments
• Collaborating with colleagues and parents to support student learning and wellbeing
• Integrating technology into the mathematics curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices
• Supervising and guiding teaching assistants if applicable

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Mathematics or related field
• Teaching certification or licensure
• Demonstrated expertise in primary mathematics education
• Proven experience in developing and implementing math curriculum
• Strong knowledge of ageappropriate pedagogical approaches
• Effective classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Familiarity with educational technology and its integration in teaching
