Overview

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
• Create and manage social media content including text image and video content
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages across various social media platforms
• Conduct research on current trends and audience preferences to optimize social media content
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
• Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns and promotions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies
• Stay uptodate with social media best practices and technologies
• Support the creation of social media calendars and scheduling of posts
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for creative content ideas
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnership management
• Provide administrative support for social media accounts and campaigns
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of the organizations social media presence
• Assist in the development and maintenance of social media ad campaigns
• Monitor competitors social media activities and performance

Required qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing Communications Business or related field
• Familiarity with major social media platforms including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and Pinterest
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
• Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva Adobe Creative Suite or similar
• Knowledge of social media advertising and promotional techniques
• Detailoriented and organized with excellent time management skills
• Passion for staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms
• Previous experience in managing social media accounts either personally or professionally is a plus
• Understanding of SEO principles and their application in social media marketing
• Awareness of legal and ethical considerations in social media marketing
