Server EngineerIT Technical Analyst Server Infrastructure

• Shift Timing 4.30 AM to 1.30 PM
• Shift allowance will be provided apart from salary.
• FREE pick and drop cab service will be provided by the company 25km from office location. ( Cunningham Road )

1. Manages and designs major hardware/software solutions in support of assigned infrastructure hardware and services in the organization.
2. Administers infrastructure upgrades implementations and integrations.
3. Provides technical administrative and configuration support for one or more of the following platforms: Windows Server Linux Unix Active Directory Terminal Services Virtual Infrastructure Data Protection and other related technologies.
4. Provides technical support of Infrastructure hardware software and firmware including storage systems.
5. Provides advanced problem resolution for server and clientbased software. Required 24 x 7 oncall support rotation assignments.

• Bachelor s degree in information technology computer science or other relevant academic qualifications.
• 6 years of experience is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of project experience in implementing serverside projects
• Relevant certifications on server and associated technologies
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills as this role interacts with business partners across borders..
• Able to work flexible hours and in shifts; weekend coverage will be required as necessary; share 24x7 oncall support with other team members on rotation.

• Comprehensive knowledge of server hardware components and their interactions with operating systems and other network elements including data storage technologies in an x86/x64 environment.
• Experience with the administration of Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory and Terminal Server.
• Experience with the administration of Virtualization Infrastructure.
• Experience with the administration of Data Protection Methods and technologies.
• Proficiency in the administration of Red Hat Linux and Windows operating systems. MCSE or RHCA and VCP
• Experience with PERL or PowerShell script development.
