Main responsibilities

The main responsibility will be to support the Learning & Development (L&D) team with the following tasks:

• Keeping our Learning tools up to date
• Supporting the team with training organizational tasks
• Supporting the team in the procurement and invoicing process (system management and followup)
• Handling study contracts issuing contracts and followup/monitor
• Assist the team with adhoc administrative tasks

Other Requirements

• Ongoing university studies in Hungary (Preferably 1 year left with active student status)
• Microsoft Office skills (Excel Outlook Power Point)
• Fluent Hungarian and upperintermediate English language knowledge
• Precision reliability and proactive personality
• Tendency to pay close attention to details
