Role: Financial Controller

Location: Albuquerque New Mexico

The Financial Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of our company ensuring accuracy compliance and strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality finance and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all financial activities including budgeting forecasting and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards regulations and company policies
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform decisionmaking
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency
• Lead and mentor the finance team fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
• Experience in a financial leadership role preferably in the hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities
