Maintenance Supervisor 2nd Shift

You’ll make an impact by:

• Leading a team of maintenance technicians to maintain production lines and equipment in a way that ensures a safe working environment, stays in sync with established standards and procedures, and encourages growth and contributions by team members.
• Plan and schedule work activities based on production schedules and changing priorities while monitoring team progress versus objectives versus goals and communicate results to associates. Also, assist with planning and execution of maintenance activities during shutdown periods.
• Support production activities by maintaining and improving production facilities to meet/exceed production goals, identify and correct causes of equipment downtime, while tracking, evaluating, and reporting on maintenance activities, project, and corrective actions.
