What youll be doing:
- Handling Customer queries and concerns in realtime via phone chat and email.
- Customer problemsolving assistance and followup
- Handle flight reservations (New and existing bookings date change refunds name corrections)
- Provide prompt and concise Customer services travel booking and support
- Handle reservations assist book amend and/or cancel Air Hotel Car and Activity
Good to have Knowledge in Issuing International Air Tickets via Saber is required Amadeus
- Knowledge of travel loyalty programs would be advantageous.
Mandatory Skills:
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Must be available to work for 24 *7 Shift Days Working
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
