Key Qualifications & Minimum requirements:
- FMCG experience a MUST
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Graduate Preferred MBA in Marketing and Finance
- Sales Knowledge is preferable
- Excellent analytical communication interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of reporting systems
- Responsible for brands handed over to the concerned
- Responsible for achieving budgets in terms of Revenue and Profitability
- In Market Execution follow up Sales Distribution In Store Visibility POSMs implementation.
- Forecasting Costing and Budgeting of handed over brands.
- Responsible for the stocks Forecasting in line to prevent expiry threat and maintain approved DIO
- Supplier Communication and coordination
- Fixing budgets with supplier for fiscal year planning
- Promo Costing Planning and follow up on execution.
- Data analysis to suggest corrective action to sales team
- Aligned to work on NPDs
- Strategize promotional activities on ATL and BTL
- Analyze the pricing structure of a brand
