About the position
As a Marketing Manager at Upfield you will be the driving force behind delighting our consumers with our natural healthy plant based products and ensuring that everyone is talking about them!
So what does it take to be successful in this role
Strategic Ownership: Take full accountability for brand performance managing P&L and translating strategies into action to drive profitability and brand equity.
Comprehensive Brand Management: Lead all aspects of brand management including strategy formulation performance analysis and ensuring profitability across all channels.
Innovative Brand Development: Drive innovative brand strategies to engage consumers foster loyalty and achieve business objectives. Champion creativity and innovation across all functions to deliver compelling products with strong financial outcomes.
DataDriven Insight: Utilize data analytics to uncover valuable insights inform decisionmaking and optimize marketing efforts. Foster a deep understanding of consumer behavior to drive sustainable growth and enhance brand equity.
Collaborative Leadership: Lead crossfunctional teams fostering collaboration and driving results through agile testandlearn methodologies. Possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and ensure alignment towards achieving business goals.
