This role will work primarily with PON content that will be displayed inapp in the right rail/help drawer.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain documentation for users
• Technical Writer will collaborate with product team members engineers and other crossfunctional teams
• Test and research Mailchimps new app features
• As a Technical Writer you will conduct content audits and help maintain existing help content
• Identify user needs using data and feedback

REQUIREMENTS:

• 4 years of experience as an instructional and/or technical writer copywriter or related position; Strong editorial background a plus
• Experience with content planning editorial procedures and evaluation
• Experience prioritizing starting and managing projects independently
• Experience working within product teams or domains and bringing up concerns in a group setting as needed
• Comfortable working with proprietary software or tools
• Tools: WordPress Content Management System
• You are a skilled empathetic technical writer who can research and interpret complex concepts
• You are driven to problem solve and care deeply about helping others and providing a great customer experience
