Description

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Chantilly VA. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations employee relations HR policies and HR management. This role will involve working closely with colleagues across the organization to drive HR initiatives and strategies that support business objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaged work culture and improving employee performance and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of HR policies principles and practices
• Experience in HR management operations and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred)
• Professional HR certifications (e.g. SHRMCP PHR SPHR) preferred
