Java Backend Developer

Role:
Responsible for developing backend software for both consumerfacing and internal products. The candidate is expected to have experience from startup environments where they have quickly developed prototypes and accelerated product development in a rapidly changing environment. The person is considered a handson developer with a background in backend development. Experience with agile development and a strong advocate for best practices in software development is required.

We are looking for an individual with at least 4 years of work experience developing applications with Java 17 or later as well as experience using various databases (SQL Server PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.). The candidate should also have experience using tools such as Docker Kubernetes microservice architecture Spring/Spring Boot REST API design principles Kafka Swagger/OpenAPI CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure etc). Finally proficiency in English is required.
