Maintenance Technician

Join our clients Foundry Team as a Maintenance Technician Maintenance Technician. In this role youll be responsible for installing and setting up dies for sampling conducting maintenance on machinery assisting with die running processes and ensuring adherence to safety protocols in a hot working environment.

Responsibilities:

Install and set up dies for sampling purposes.

Perform maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal functionality.

Assist with die running processes troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols in a hot working environment.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.

Qualifications:

Mechanical inclination with experience in home mechanic projects preferred.

Mechanical technologist college diploma or equivalent.

Completion of maintenance courses.

Proficiency in hydraulics.

Familiarity with robotics is an asset.

Experience or education in millwrighting is an asset.

Strong computer knowledge coupled with a preference for handson work.

Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent college graduate or entrylevel candidate with a passion for mechanics.

Desire to work handson in a dynamic team environment.
