Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Staffing:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for staff and volunteer positions.
    • Coordinate the hiring process including job postings resume screening interviewing and candidate selection.
    • Conduct new employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a resource for employees and volunteers addressing inquiries concerns and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
    • Implement and enforce organizational policies and procedures related to employee conduct performance and benefits.
    • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.
  3. Training and Development:

    • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of staff and volunteers.
    • Coordinate training sessions workshops and professional development opportunities.
    • Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Establish performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
    • Conduct performance reviews and goalsetting meetings with staff members on a regular basis.
    • Implement performance improvement plans as needed to address performance issues.
