Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Executive you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will be responsible for a range of tasks under the marketing function.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote our products/services endtoend from ideation to publishing.
  
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends competitors and opportunities.
  
• Manage social media channels develop engaging content and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  
• Utilize SEO/SEM techniques to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  
• Assist with lead generation efforts with copywriting and operational coordination.
  
• Coordinate internally between the design marketing and sales teams.
  
• Assist with content creation for the website in terms of testimonials curation or blog writing and other regular updates.
  
• Undertake basic photography and video recording tasks when the requirement arises.
  
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics including website traffic engagement and conversion rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  

Operational Tasks:

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  
• Analyze data and generate reports to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  

• Strong understanding of customer psychology and best practices in the marketing environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g. Google Analytics Zoho Tools Social Media Management Tools Meta and LinkedIn Advertising Canva etc).
  
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing Communications or related field.
  
• 13 Years Experience and a proven track record in marketing functions.
  
• Prior work experience in edtech is an added advantage.
  
• A resident of Bangalore is a must. This is a workfromoffice position (Location North Bangalore)
