Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.

MOES is seeking one (1) senior analyst/developer with experience in .NET applications. The contractor will work in the state office with existing MOES technical team members to provide maintenance enhancements and support to the agencys current applications. The contractor may also be required for designing developing and enhancing additional applications as requested. Tasks required will be: (1) Serve as technical Microsoft .NET developer for MOES (2) maintain support and develop enhancements to the MOES Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) application (3) Assist the MOES

technical team supporting the functions required under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA)
