Role Overview:

As Manager of Origination your primary responsibility is to cultivate and nurture opportunities for our M&A advisory team. Your days will be spent actively identifying and engaging with promising business owners and operators both outbound and clientfacing. This role demands focus determination and a proactive approach to handling both inbound and outbound leads.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven ability to effectively engage and influence prospects via phone and email building trust over time.
• Capacity to manage your own pipeline and strategically move opportunities towards closure.
• Exceptional documentation skills to accurately record and analyze interactions with prospects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Business acumen adept at asking pertinent questions and actively listening.
• Familiarity with mergers & acquisitions and capital markets coupled with sectorspecific knowledge is advantageous.
