We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a committed and skilled Solar Power Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Manager. This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our solar power installations contributing significantly to our mission of promoting sustainable energy solutions.

Main responsibilities include:

Ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of solar power facilities to maximize system performance and reliability:

• Development and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules.
• Execution of corrective maintenance as required to minimize downtime.
• Monitoring system performance and implementing improvements.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Managing and training the O&M team to ensure high levels of technical competency.
• Liaison with stakeholders including regulatory bodies clients and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Reporting on maintenance activities system performance and efficiency improvements.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess extensive experience in solar power operations and maintenance.
• Have a thorough understanding of solar technology system design and performance analytics.
• Exhibit excellent leadership management and communication skills.
• Be safetyconscious with a strong adherence to health and safety protocols.
