Asst Manager- Graphics Creative for a UK based MNC in Pune

Key Responsibilities

Graphic and Design (UI/UX) responsibilities: Designing and developing user interfaces and experiences for digital products or platforms ensuring they are visually appealing intuitive and userfriendly.
Brand Guidelines implementation and maintenance: Ensuring consistency and adherence to established brand guidelines across all design assets and communications to maintain brand identity and integrity.
Branding and Identity development: Contributing to the creation and evolution of brand identities including logos color schemes typography and other visual elements to effectively convey the brands message and values.
Digital/Print/Artwork/Image Editing/Illustration tasks: Creating and editing digital and print assets such as graphics illustrations photos and artwork for various marketing materials advertisements and digital platforms.
Creative Concept Development: Generating innovative and compelling design concepts and ideas that align with project objectives target audience preferences and brand guidelines.
Feedback and Revisions incorporation: Actively gathering feedback from stakeholders and team members and incorporating revisions and adjustments to designs to ensure alignment with project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
Project Management duties: Organizing and managing design projects from initiation to completion including setting timelines allocating resources coordinating with team members and ensuring deliverables are on schedule and within budget.

Quality Assurance tasks: Conducting thorough quality checks and reviews of design assets to ensure accuracy consistency and adherence to design standards and project requirements before final delivery or publication.
Collaboration and CrossFunctional communication efforts: Collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams including marketers developers content creators and stakeholders to gather input align on objectives and ensure seamless integration of design elements across various channels and platforms.
