Warehouse Administrator Stock

Total stock control of warehousing stock: finished goods raw material chemical and returnable stock. Documenting and capturing of all stock received in SWD Warehouse and movement in the warehouse between warehouses to clients and returns. Stock counts and stock control procedures.

Skills :

• SAP processing on the following: Goods received from suppliers returnable sent back to suppliers customer returns. Double checking of all documents received by receiving.
• Total stock take control cycle counts and stock takes.
• Capturing the previous day s production
• Handling all transfer errors.
• SAP processing of requisitions and transfers managing internal department Smartsheet.
• Handling Debtors /Creditors queries
• Ensuring rework admin (rework summary capturing) was done. Stock conversions from packed to bulk.
• Managing Returnable and transfer Warehouses
• Reporting and driving of housekeeping.
• Compliance policies and procedures
• Responsible for all rework and related administration
• Ad hoc tasks

Health and Safety

• Participate in safety forums created by Soill for example safety meetings and safety talks
• Followup on any activities assigned through safety meetings / committees / representatives / management
• Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
• Attend safety education and refresher programmes
• Comply with safety policies and procedures at Soill
• Distribute safety information as and when required
• Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
