The Role

Sales Account Managers at Hawkstone Commercials are key to ensuring that the company not only secures new business deals but also maintains a strong ongoing relationship with clients contributing significantly to the companys reputation and success in the competitive van leasing market.

A typical week as a Sales Account Manager could look like this;

• Growing your customer base via prospecting cold calling and networking

• Completing deals to a high standard and ensuring customers are impressed enough to come back

• Maintaining excellent relationships with past clients touching base sharing deals and keeping the business at front of mind

• Hitting and exceeding your KPIs

• Working with the internal team to ensure the smooth deliver of vehicles

• Maintaining record keeping to a great standard

• Keeping up to date with industry trends and opportunities

• Being part of a small but growing team and supporting others to achieve company goals

What are we looking for

• Engaging account managers focused on not only gaining but retaining customers

• Able to demonstrate sales experience in a similar industry

• Great sales skills with an ability to close deals effectively with great service

• A self starter who works well with others and motivates the people around them

• A basic salary of 25000 and on target earnings of 45000 (your commission is uncapped)
