Our proposal

In the role of a Technical QA Engineer your core objective is to enhance efficiency and reliability within the testing process by optimizing manual testing procedures pinpointing bottlenecks and facilitating the implementation of industry standards and best practices.

Youll be an essential member of a collaborative team where Product Engineering and QA collaborate closely to develop the Ninja MDM product suite within an agile framework. As a pivotal contributor your primary responsibility though not confined to it involves the thorough testing and validation of scripts and features ensuring their functionality.

Responsibilities

IT Expertise: Dive deep into our suite of products and emerge as an inhouse expert on IT software solutions. Shape the future of MSPs and IT teams by understanding user requirements scrutinizing product usability and providing invaluable feedback.

Testing & Troubleshooting: Undertake comprehensive software testing spotting inconsistencies and conducting troubleshooting to guarantee impeccable feature releases. Develop and maintain rigorous software test plans and ensure our offerings are compliant across all platforms.

Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on the quality and functionality of software applications after thorough testing. Ensure that any defects or issues are documented clearly for the development teams to address.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest enhancements to current testing methodologies tools and processes to continually refine our QA practices.

Collaboration: Actively collaborate with product managers developers and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle ensuring that quality standards are met at each stage.

Requirements

3 years of recent experience with Manual Testing.

Experience with mobile and web app testing.

Experience designing documenting and executing manual test cases.

Operating Systems Knowledge: Android MacOS iOS ChromeOS (desirable). This includes an understanding of system settings and enterprise features.

Ability to execute test cases and record their results.

General programming: Consume REST API and understanding of RDBMS.

Experience with Automation Testing would be nice to have.

Fluent English level.
