Educational Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Management / Business / Economics / Hospitality Management (Master s Degree preferred but not a prerequisite).
Prior work experience
- 7 years of functional experience in Business Development / Sales (or entrepreneurial experience) including.
- 2 years of sectorspecific experience (Real Estate Hospitality).
Skills Required
- Prior experience in a targetoriented role and with management of teams.
- Ability to guide team members review proposals and streamline communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to coordinate with several teams in a structured manner.
- Ability to travel domestically to meet Owners for finalizing homes.
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in basic financial modeling.
