Project Manager

Qualification: Bachelors in science engineering or equivalent

Responsibility:

• Project Planning and Setup:
  • Understand project scope.
  • Provide inputs on project methodology to senior stakeholders.
  • Consolidate inputs from developers and provide inputs on activities tasks estimates schedule dependencies risks testing strategy configuration deployment etc.
• Requirement Understanding and Analysis:
  • Gather requirements from the customer.
  • Analyze requirements for feasibility.
  • Debrief team on the requirements gathered.
• Design:
  • Understand requirements and HLD.
  • Recommend solutions.
  • Provide inputs to data modeling.
• Coding:
  • Guide team in coding.
  • Provide code development checklist.
  • Review codes written by developers.
• Testing Management:
  • Provide inputs to testing strategy.
  • Review test cases.
  • Monitor defects raised and closed.
• Deployment:
  • Understand release and deployment environment.
  • Resolve deployment issues.
• Project Execution Monitoring & Closure:
  • Provide status inputs.
  • Support in creating weekly status reports.
• Service Support and Maintenance:
  • Create transition plan.
  • Provide transition walkthrough to the maintenance team.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Understand client expectations.
  • Follow through on commitments achieve timely resolution of issues.

• Azure Data
• Tableau Admin
