Construction Project Manager

**We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at a reputable client in the Construction industry. **

Our client is a wellestablished company with a strong track record of success in delivering highquality construction projects. They are looking for a resultsoriented professional to oversee all aspects of the construction process from planning and scheduling to budget management and quality control.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to develop and implement construction plans.
  

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules ensuring all deadlines are met.
  

• Develop and manage project budgets identifying and mitigating potential cost overruns.
  

• Oversee the procurement of materials equipment and subcontractors.
  

• Manage and coordinate the work of subcontractors and construction crews.
  

• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
  

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control standards are met.
  

• Prepare and deliver progress reports to project stakeholders.
  

• Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
  

• Manage project risks and develop contingency plans.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  

• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  

• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
  

• Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  

• Proficient in project management software (e.g. Primavera MS Project).
  

• A valid drivers license.
  

• PMP certification is a plus
