We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Administrator in the Greater Toronto Area to join our construction safety firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project administration particularly in the safety industry and will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of multiple safety projects.


Responsibilities:

Update and track project schedules

Update project budgets and expenditures

Take new orders from clients and internal teams and coordinate fulfillment with warehouse staff and International offices.

Prepare progress reports and other project documentation

Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project success

Evaluate project performance and make recommendations for improvements

Collaborate with senior management to identify and pursue new business opportunities


Requirements

2 years of experience in project management preferably in the construction industry

Proven experience in managing multiple projects concurrently

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools and techniques

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Familiarity with relevant safety standards in the construction industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
