Farm Manager

• Create and distribute work orders detailing daily tasks and assignments for farm workers.
  
• Ensure work orders are prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  
• Administer work orders to farm staff providing clear instructions and guidance as needed.
  

• Develop schedules for farm workers assigning tasks and responsibilities based on workload and priorities.
  
• Monitor worker performance and productivity to ensure work orders are completed on time and to standards.
  
• Adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in workload or staffing levels.
  

• Develop and implement plans for poultry production including breeding rearing and harvesting.
  
• Direct farm activities to optimize efficiency productivity and animal welfare.
  
• Monitor and adjust production processes to meet quality and quantity targets.
  

• Coordinate the procurement of poultry birds feed medications and other supplies necessary for farm operations.
  
• Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
  
• Maintain inventory levels and monitor supply usage to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  

Requirements

• B.Sc. preferably in Animal Science or Agricultural Science graduate.
